There have been a number of changes around the internet that are having an impact on overall deliverability. We wanted to make sure you are aware of the steps you can take to help.

Another quick tip for gmail users when messages get marked as spam: Gmail knows that some messages they make as spam are not actually spam and they have this to say:

“The more spam you mark, the better our system will get at weeding out those annoying messages. If you or we mark a good message as spam, select the message and click Not Spam at the top of the message.”

So we may need to help Gmail learn from time to time. Over time, these false spam indications will become less and less. Of course, be sure are sending messages that add real value and aren’t just blasting out spammy junk mail. Part of your deliverability will always be impacted by the rapport you build with your subscribers.
